Tamir Ginz, the artistic director of Kamea Dance Company, is proud to present an evening that is an international summit meeting of two valued choreographers in the world of contemporary dance, works by Jacopo Godani and Andonis Foniadakis.
Jacopo Godani (Italy), created a world premiere for Kamea: "Omniforge", for which he designed the costumes and lighting. Original music by Ulrich Müller. Godani's work skillfully plays the body as a multi-part instrument, his abstract language challenges classical ballet while being able to dismantle and reassemble it. It's a powerful journey of transformation through intricate group formations and sophisticated structures.
Andonis Foniadakis (Greece), mounts the work "Kosmos", an intense work that challenges the limits of physicality and athleticism. It embodies movement in constant flux, reflecting the energy and chaos of modern urban life.
